Only a fool thinks that banning guns will do anything to really save lives. Oh, it might save a few, but those that want to kill will just find a different way, and it does nothing to address why people desire to kill. People always famously quote other countries and how well gun bans have paid off there. But go ask some of the people there and they will tell you they wish they has them back as crime has only gone up.
