3I/Atlas

Here’s Harvard astrophysicist Avi Lieberman on what’s expected from the Martian instruments

Informative, as one might expect. I have seen him on several of the 3I/Atlas daily YouTube channel presentations, most of which appear to feature him or another know scientific expert giving facts, before devolving into hair on fire speculation. Most of these channel presentations, appear created and narrated by AI, to generate clicks.
What you posted is more a normal, overall view. I too, hope to know more, as this interstellar visitor leaves our solar system behind.

Yes. They missed. I did see the "hair on fire" YouTube titles, of changing approach angle and definitive Mars impact, view them with amusement.

He also questioned if 1I/Ouamuamua which visited in 2017, was entirely natural as it too moved off course not entirely due to gravity

Yes. I remember speculative questioning at time. Beats me.
I will say, it is hard to raise much of the concern, these video news clips try to illicit. Everything, every fact based assertion, indicates, these objects in discussion, originated from points in the universe, literally millions to billions of years ago. Even if found to be a result of a non-earth based intelligence, that time frame and travel distance alone, does not even begin to consider, whether still existing in the universe, today.

Better technology ... now we can tell if a non-periodic comet was formed here or abroad ... not that non-periodic comets aren't common ...

I know 13.8 billion years is a terribly short time frame, but it's still possible to get random rocks flinging around a smallish universe to cross paths with a tiny insignificant star like ours ... we should go over our meteorite collections again, maybe we already have material in hand ...

We'll have better chances over the more realistic 100 trillion year time frame ...

I am pretty sure, they have and do, assess meteorite fragments, doing comparisons and looking for anomalies.

It's an ongoing process ... and we do find anomalies ... nothing with cesium-135, so nothing of alien manufacture ...

You find no problem with Nickel, without Iron, as most of the spectroscopic analysis, point out? I have not heard a discussion involving Cesium 135, as it is generally a product or byproduct of terrestrial fission technology.

There were anomalies about 3I even before we too a closer took

It’s entering the solar system along the plane of the ecliptic, that is, where the planets orbit the Sun. The odds of a purely random visitor taking that path are 1/500.

Additional it is passing relatively close to 3 planets: Jupiter, Mars and Venus. Those odds are very small too

If you look at the scientific explanation of how and why we all are inhabiting this planet, the odds we evolve and are actually still here are always exceedingly small, as witnessed by the fact, we have verifiably found so little proof of life on any other planet, solar system or galaxy, in the whole time we have been searching for it. We live on the small margins, yet we live.

In a comet? ... do you have a link to the spectragrams? ... it should be made of water ...

Cesium-135 is produced in the supernova events that precede solar system development ... it's radioactive and had pretty much disappeared from our solar system about a billion years ago ...

So all the cesium-135 we find here today is strictly due to human nuclear waste ... it's in everything made since 1945 ... this should also be true with any alien manufacturing ... they would also have trace amount of nuclear waste in everything they did ...

... including the bullets they shoot at us ...

Debatable, but not worth the time, since not the driving analysis of the light coming off the object.

He’s, well his team, also noticed that 3I hails from almost the exact same place in the sky (99.6% accuracy) as whatever send the 1977 WOW! radio signal

15th post
ESA, NASA AND CHINA all go dark at once

All three space agencies stopped broadcasting their images of 3I/Atlas at the same time

Here’s a video that covers what’s known so far

The “Comet” is a shiny, massive, metallic cylinder and “broadcasting” at 1420 megahertz, the Hydrogen line.

Latest Update:

The tails(s) disappeared

It's closer to the Sun, and ordinary comets grow bigger tails. Not this one

Very interesting video explaining the process by which an object is discovered, observed, classified and catalogued

There’s a hell of a lot that goes undetected for too long or remains classified

We need JWST infrared telescopes at the Lagrange points of Mars and Venus, Jupiter too!
