It's not to be condoned but it does need to be questioned as to the theatre possibly be a warehous for weapons of war.

Keep in mind that the US hit Iraq with as many weapons in one day as Russia has used on the Ukraine in24 days of this war. It can be reasonably asserted that most of the US targets in Bagdhad were civilian targets.

The thing the western media (among many) is not talking about is that most of the Azov are concentrated in that area.

According to Russian sources they were on the verge of staging a huge push into the Donbas and were going to stage out of Mariupol.

Putin beat them to the punch and now they are holed up in the city.

Once those are eliminated that will mean an end to most military support Zelensky has.

Most of the rest are centered in Kiev, which is surrounded as well.

But Russia is losing...and demoralized...blah blah.

We will see what is truth and what is a lie.

It's most likely that Russia would see no gain in purposely targetting civilians.

In the real world, Russia will have their intelligence assets in key areas of the target cities who are identifying military targets containing military personnell and arms stashes.

However, there's no doubt that mistakes are made in all wars.

Ending the war is the only real solution!

If people cared about the civilian casualties, maybe they would at least acknowledge the scale of the US bombing of Iraq as it compares to Russia's bombing of the Ukraine. (see post #8)
