The deadline was noon on saturday (Israel time) that was 5am in Washington.

How do you know that as I don't think that President Trump specified a time zone.

It means Israel/US should negotiate a deal,

I thought that the deal was to cough up the remaining hostages by Saturday (today) at noon or suffer the consequences.

The hostage / Palestinian exchange already happened several hours ago.
We're seven hours past Trump's deadline.

Again, I don't think that he specified the time but he just needs to finish Hamas off now.

I wonder though what the 'best plan' would be? If that is your son/daughter, father/mother, sibling or whatever being held hostage, what plan ensures Hamas will release them? Are you willing to have them killed in order to punish Hamas for violating terms of an agreement? At the same time how much do you let dishonorable savages dictate the terms?

Such negotiations are walking a really dangerous tightrope. I don't envy those who have to walk it.

I get what you're saying but if Trump doesn't follow through with his threat then the left will stop taking him seriously. Just like children get when their parents never follow through with discipline.

They did not release ALL Hostages as Trump demanded. Unfortunately he is deferring to Israel and allowing Israel to allow Hamas to play these games with the lives of the Hostages. Not the right thing to do but at least 3 more got out of this alive.
