All those Stupid Useless Vehicles unenlightened individuals just had to have so they could impress others and feel as if they were driving around in a tank! Now it costs them even more to operate. That is justice, but at the expense to conscientious citizens who know better. The increased pollution is another injury they have inflicted on everyone else.
