2nd USMB Chess Tournament Declared

I looked up the rules and found this.

90 minutes for the first 40 moves followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an addition of 30 seconds per move starting from move one.

Well, that's already too complicated for me.

No limit, as long as time doesn't run out.

It's a 15 minute game with 10 seconds to move?!

15 min game, you get +10 sec every move you make.

So if you waste a ton, you can make up time if you act fast later
