Washington State does have the death penalty but these are 16 year old babies, infants really, as innocent as a 16 month old sucking his thumb.

These "teens" should learn the difference between the death penalty and a career in rap.

Not for stealing an apple from the market on the way home from school, but beating an old man - a war hero - to death? Sometimes adult decisions have to come with adult consequences. These scumbags were well past the age of reason when they decided to do what they did.
