How many workers benefitted from jobs at SpaceX? Elon Musk didn't actually build anything. He PAID people to design and build it.

I realize that the trickle down economics is bullshit. But condemning a private person for spending their money is laughable.

And when $243 million is spent, where does that money go? To the people designing and building the spacecraft. How many of those are millionaires?

So, in this specific case, it does trickle down.

Yes, it goes to the designers, what do you think that money goes from designers? Their clothes, cars, food, entertainment, all those people who support the designers. But for you, you cant see how this works, because you are so blind with hatred of rich people, but not your prog elites, who tell you to hate them....

When was the last time you were given a job by a poor person?

LMAO!! I hate rich people? Jeez, you do love to paint people as you wish them to be, don't you?

Look, the typical trickle down economic that Reagan espoused has never worked for the overall economy.

But in this case, it did work. Those who designed the spacecraft did make money. So did all the support staff, those who built the spacecraft, and those who wrote the programs that controlled all the systems. And then it trickled down to the suppliers of the parts and materials.

As for me hating rich people, its funny that you quoted one post of mine, and then ignored the post right after it when I defended people's right to spend their own money the way they choose. In other words, defending rich people. You are so determined to be right that you will lie to make someone look a certain way so you can toss insults at them.

I don't hate rich people. And few progressives are as in favor of tax reform, a balanced budget, and a strong 2nd amendment as I am. So bite me, bitch.

I have not been GIVEN a job since I was a teenager. I have been hired for what I know, my skill set and my work ethic the rest of the time.

There are people throughout the world with no clean drinking water, no toilets, no electricity. My point is that $243 million dollars could have brought clean drinking water, and toilets to these people. I know rich people can spend their money as they so chose. I 'am seeing too many of these waste full space adventures!!

Yes, you are given a job. You didn't take it, it was given to you.

Ok when have you been "hired for what you know" by a poor person?

I offered my services and I was hired. I was not hired as just a warm body. I was hired because they thought I would be the best thing for the company.

I haven't. Are you suggesting I think so? Or are you trying to defend the trickle down economics?

I'm defending rich people being rich and spending their money as they want to. Since I've never been employed by a poor person, I love the rich. You said "where does the money go?"

I can tell you. It goes to people like me.

Sure, SpaceX trickled down to the middle class. But how much of it trickled down to those not making a living wage? A whole lot of people are not benefitting from the glory of the space age.

America's unemployment rate is at a half-century low, but it also has a job-quality problem that affects nearly half the population, with a study finding 44% of U.S. workers are employed in low-wage jobs that pay median annual wages of $18,000.

.

So what. They never will. They exist on handouts. They produce nothing. If a kid in that situation comes to me and says hey, I need help getting an education so I can escape this rats nest, I will.

So should you.

That works. Your way never has.

I defended the rich as well. It is their money and they can spend it however they choose.

So what is it to you how people spend their money? It's their money not yours!

You can do whatever you want with your own money.

Unbelievable!

Yea, you defended the rich, sarcastically.

Did you read post 25? I'm not the only one that took it that you hate the rich. You said that rich people's money trickles down to millionaires. You are wildly wrong.

That is total bullshit, it has worked every time, until your dumbass political hacks get in office and tax the shit out of everyone. When the rich get richer, they spend more, cars, boat, airplanes, those who build those nice things get paid for their goods and services. In turn those buy cars, houses and clothes, thus in turn pay for their goods and services....Stupid fucks like you, only parrot what the prog masters demand that you say. That is called "Cult".
