234,895,000 Americans with Drivers' license average $13 billion more per month out of pocket cost due to Biden!

In 2020, about 123.73 billion gallons (or about 2.95 billion barrels1) of finished motor gasoline were consumed in the United State
There are 234,895,000 licensed-drivers-usa
Number of Licensed Drivers in US in 2021, How Many Americans Drive
Assuming these 234.9 million drivers, the United States Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration said that the average person drove 14,263 miles per year in 2019
When we divide 2020's consumption of 123.73 billion gallons by the roughly 234 million licensed drivers, it adds up to 519 gallons per driver per year or 43 gallons per month.
Given the below that a gallon of gas has gone up since 1 year ago 59% the average American driver is seeing their gas cost taking
increase $55.38 per month from last year at this time.
That is $13,008,164,271 per month or $156.097 BILLION a year cost in living expenses Americans are now PAYING!
One REASON?
oil company planners look at the FACT that Biden cancelled on exploration leases on land that provides 25% of gas consumed by Americans!

Biden issues broad moratorium on oil and gas leases on federal lands and waters

Hey silly myth spreader, do you know how long it takes for even a single drop of oil to get to market from a new exploration you are claiming Biden is preventing this year?

Actually inflation, bloated spending on progressive idiotic ideologies lowers taxes. I'm a PROG and every day is opposite day.

To be fair, it’s not all xiden’s fault…there is a group of dembots in his admin, and Congress…not to mentioned the cultist that continue to support them

Thanks to the capitalist we have to pay more for gas because the capitalist not Biden.
Moon where do you pull this shit out of? The increase in gas prices was laid out for you.....it is caused by Biden....

And you ARE totally ignorant of business operations!
Dummy! The gas you are using today came from exploration of oil done several years ago! It takes years from the point of signing an exploration lease on federal lands to the gas that gets in your car today.
BUT ignorant people like you have NO concept of what is involved in getting the gas to your car.
Exploration leases on land that provides 25% of all oil has been cut off by Biden.
This means planners at oil companies are now restricted to the exploration of oil on more expensive land including Biden's dumb shit begging of OPEC to increase production! Stupid! Something you would do right?
The shutting down of exploration leases force planners to recommend raising prices for several reasons:
1) Less oil produced in the USA means higher costs to purchase off-shore.
2) More oil transported over the oceans which increase environmental risks something idiots like you didn't think of!
3) Consequently if all the costs continue to increase oil pricing planners INCREASE the price!
THAT's the consequences of Biden shutting off Federal lands that produce 25% of oil used for gas!
Dummies like him and you never think beyond today!

Dumbass the MARKET sets the price, not planners. You must have confused our system for some socialist country.

There is no correlation, or at least of immideate sort, between leases signed and oil market prices.

Dumbass your lease data has NO CORRELATION TO OIL PRICES. It fails miserably to expain it.

Actually supply and demand---Biden cut supply so prices go up. It's not hard to figure out especially since we can clearly see it happening even now. Biden just fucked all of the working people.

As already said, that's bs, Biden hasn't cut a single drop of oil from the market. It takes years for a new exploration to yeld anything without even questioning lease premise.

Dummy!
The companies that explore for oil and drills the wells that produces the oil they sell to refineries, that sell to stations that change the price on the pump! That's the market "dumbass"!

Oil production for the last 5 years. Notice when the slash in production happened. I highlighted it for you.

The red dot is Biden's first full month in office.

This oil unease was prevalent during the latter stages of the 2020 Presidential campaign. Oil companies had two different versions coming to them and put themselves in a safer mode.

US oil companies, OPEC and Russia all cut production in 2020 and none have really increased it back much since then. If I was them I would not either, they are making money hand over fist with the higher prices and no added expenses of more production.

The "Blame the President for Everything from Dandruff to Hemorrhoids" weenies like to fantasize that the POTUS is a great and powerful wizard who controls all things, but, in actuality, no American leader can do much about the price of gasoline.

Predicated upon a multiplicity of global, market factors, and ignoring the hyper-partisan snivelers, the prospects are intriguing:

The Energy Information Agency, in its monthly report on oil markets, predicted that oil prices will start to fall next year. OPEC also predicts a surplus of oil in 2022.
Nobody in the oil industry misses the irony of this moment: Major world leaders are calling for oil use to drop dramatically in the years ahead, to reduce the catastrophic impacts of human-caused climate change.
But in the near term, Biden and other leaders are desperate for energy prices, and eagerly welcome the prospect of increasing oil production.
Would reducing dependence on fossil fuels make the United States less dependent upon the inevitable vagaries of gasoline costs in the future? Indeed. It could then, finally, dance to its own tune, by cracky.

Pandemic?
YES the pandemic certainly has had an affect. NO question. But if Biden believes that also, then why would
he put a moratorium on exploration on lands that produces 25% of US oil? It was a stupid time to coordinate reducing oil production WHILE people were coming back to work! Totally unaware of market forces.
