Under Ryans budget, non-defense discretionary spending, which includes State Department funding, would be slashed nearly 20 percent in 2014, which would translate to more than $400 million in additional cuts to embassy security.

Think about it. We have multi billion dollar Navy Carriers that use more gas per hour than the entire starved-for-gas state of California does in a week and democrats claim the reason they left a US Ambassador defenseless was because of budget cuts? You gotta laugh or you will go crazy.
