Oh wow I didn't even think of that! Hope not he is an amazing talent.

So the $1.5 million dollar prize for this tournament cannot go to the winner because he is an amateur, so he has to go pro in order to get the prize winnings. The prize goes to the 2nd place finisher.

I guess this is totally different than an NIL deal college kids are getting.
