A very difficult decision .
Lower the price to get them to swallow more drugs and ruin their health faster ,
OR
Keep the price the same as they are already addicted and will happily kill themselves . But also maximise profit .
Either way the main objective is met .
Getting rid of as many old people as possible .
Best solution is to market new and better replacement drugs that cost more but have not been fully long term safety tested .
That will fix those moaning old bastards .,

In England, people under 16, people aged 16–18 in full-time education, and people over 60 are entitled to free prescriptions.
But we do have a better healthcare system over here.

It won't be needed.... Once the pharmacy benefit managers are disenfranchised the price of prescriptions will come down precipitously.
