19.5% of America is on Welfare?

You’re stripping the actual argument down to a caricature, shouting that socialist-minded folks want some magical “$10 wage for $10 value,”

When I'm arguing against commie economic caricatures, commies will take it that way.

you’d know real critiques of capitalism center on the fact that employees create more value than they receive in wages.

Well, duh. If they don't, they get fired or drive their employer out of business.

the extra value workers create, beyond what they’re paid, is siphoned off as profit by capitalist owners.

It's awful! $10 in value deserves a $10 wage. DURR
Yeah, the guy who bought the materials and machinery gets paid too.

I’m saying workers deserve more control over the fruits of their labor than simply hoping a “nicer” boss will roll in and dispense better crumbs. That’s not “cartoonish.”

Cartoonish, childish, ignorant. Take your pick.

It’s a critique of a system where employees have essentially no say in how businesses are run,

But they do have a say on if they continue working there.

and where most of the profit they create flows upward to a sliver of greedy capitalist owners

Yes, the business owner gets the business profit.

who often contribute little more than capital investment.

And there is the cartoonish, childish, ignorant again.

All of this is coming to an end soon, as people begin to wake up.

Yeah, the USSR is gonna get us, any minute now.
You're so brainwashed that you think your response makes any sense, in light of everything I presented showing how capitalism is expired milk. If you don't believe me, ask your beloved billionaire gods, who are now begging Uncle Sam to give everyone a monthly UBI check. Socialism is going to have the last laugh. Capitalist scum like you are going to be defeated by the young Millennials and Zoomers. They're going to eat you alive. Good riddance.

You keep hammering home this cartoonish “$10 of value = $10 wage”

Wrong. Commie morons think that “$10 of value should = $10 wage”
Some commie morons think “$10 of value should = $15 wage”, because feelz.

Clinging to the idea that workers must accept “whatever they’re worth” on some boss’s balance sheet

Wrong. Workers should look for the boss who will give them the most, not just accept a number they feel is too low from one boss.
Workers should eliminate the unelected tyrant capitalist parasite from the equation, throwing that exploitative, authoritarian relationship in the trash where it belongs, hence replacing workplace despot-masters with elected, accountable management.

Workers should own the productive enterprise because mass production is a social endeavor, not a private one. There should be equality before both the law and the means of mass production. Our productive commonwealth (owned and operated by the commons), produces goods and services to meet our needs rather than the greed of a few capitalist sociopaths at the expense of everyone else. No "UBI" is required.

Are you saying you'd prefer to work for an elected tyrant capitalist parasite? Like Trump?

I'm saying what I said, it's clear to most people, except you. No masters, in politics or the workplace (where working-class people spend most of their waking hours). As far as Trump, we'll see if he serves the American people, and improves their lives.

Without someone making the design and supervising the work you have a bunch of ants scurrying around endlessly.
Designers are workers and so are supervisors. They're just as much part of the working class as the other laborers, so what's your point?
