When they are caught crossing the border illegally and they are being interviewed if they claim asylum, if they admit during that interview that they committed any of these crimes, they do not have to be admitted.

I agree business is the main problem with undocumented immigrants. They are happy to abuse them. This is why Reagan's reforms failed, it put the foxes in charge of the henhouse.

All that said, as long as we have undesirable jobs, we will have immigrants.

It's why we need a guest-worker program, and strict workplace enforcement.

You have a good point. But there are cases in which an illegal is very likely to have committed a violent sex offense, but proof is insufficient for a conviction. In that case, fall back on they're not supposed to be here anyway and give them to boot.

Many of them come from countries that have what can fairly be described as a rape culture, especially when it comes to young girls. Let those countries deal with them.

The House adopted two articles of impeachment against Clinton, with the specific charges against Clinton being lying under oath and obstruction of justice. Two other articles had been considered but were rejected by the House vote.
