145 Democrats vote against bill to deport migrants who commit sexual assault

It just moves deportation from a maybe to a sure thing.

I remember when ICE used to pick-up non-US citizen convicts on their release dates for deportation. They did their Virginia time and then were removed from the country.

That was before millions of them came in over the last decade.

And before Trump alienated most of the rest of the world.

sweat shops in the US are usually ran by people who are not natural born American citizens ....

Naw, they are usually run by Jews.

I applied to this one company once. All the plant workers were Mexicans, and the Jew who was interviewing me (at that point, I was just playing along; I have a strict "don't work for Jews" rule.) told me that while he suspects most of his warehouse people were illegal, as long as what they had "looks legit", he didn't care. He also made a point that we quit working at sundown on Friday for the Sabbath.

We were not discussing Rape.

For your information, this is what is discussed.

No, they voted against a rule to deport people without due process for merely being ACCUSED of rape or domestic violence. It's kind of a big difference.

Trump has been accused of rape. Should he be deported? (I can't think of another country I dislike enough to wish him on!)

Sure, there's more of them in prison now but you don't know how things work.

It's no big deal, just adjust their discharge dates and ICE can pick them up by the bus load.....Easy peasy.

I've seen them held several days past their discharge date if they had a fed detainer.....We just took them out of population and put them in the SCU (special custody unit) till the feds came and got them.

Virginia DOC got paid by the feds to hold them.....Win-win.

See how inconsistent you are. You merely accused Ashli of a crime. And you gloated a cop went to prison for what you think was a crime.

But worse, I copied directly from the actual title that you claim is wrong.

Read it again bud.

Nope. You should read the bill for yourself an not repeat talking points from your cult. The bill does not allow for the deportation of anyone that has merely been "ACCUSED of rape or domestic violence."

So. No conviction required. All they have to do is claim he confessed.

Is not admissible. Nothing to do with being deportable.

When they are caught crossing the border illegally and they are being interviewed if they claim asylum, if they admit during that interview that they committed any of these crimes, they do not have to be admitted.

Have you figured out that your cult is feeding you bullshit about this bill.

Trump was merely accused of rape. The jury in fact said no.
