12/19/2022: Trump Criminal Referral Day

"The Jan 6th protest is a perfectly legal expression of protected political speech, based on what they believed."

Ummm, I, for one, would demur.

  1. Viciously beating the crap out of uniformed police officers with steel rods, ball bats, and flagpoles.....ain't normal political discourse.
  2. Spraying same uniformed officers in the face with hi-strength MACE......ain't protected speech.
  3. Smashing down doors and windows into the Capitol of the United States of America......ain't normal political discourse.
  4. Smearing one's poo on the walls of the People's House ...our Capitol.....ain't protected speech.

All four of those bullet-pointed comments come from a Captain Obvious TED Talk on "Intro to Responsible American Citizenship" offered to all recent immigrants aspiring to be good contributing citizens to this great country.

Duh!

The current criminal invetsigations have been ongoing for less than 2 years.

You do understand that the indictments will come AFTER those investigations, right? I hope so.
Nope. I dont think so. He has been investigated for 6 years and yet he has not been found to have done anything illegal.

But please....continue to support the tax money that can got to winter coats for kids in Chicago to instead find something....anything.....that can prove that a crook beat Hillary.

A crook didnt beat Hillary. Hillary beat Hillary. Hot sauce hillary.....delete 33K emails Hillary......Yeah....that Hillary.

'...he has not been found to have done anything illegal.'
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, some might say: 'Patience, Grasshopper'.
But not me.

On the other hand, Dave Barry in today's Washington Post offers these two generous interpretations of Donald Trump's behavior and the Congressional investigation of the events of January 6th:

"The House Select Committee ......... hears testimony, much of it from former members of the Trump administration, that leaves objective observers with only two possible interpretations of Donald Trump’s actions on that day:

One: Trump is a pathological narcissist who, in his delusional effort to cling to power, ignored the sane adults on his staff and listened instead to Rudy Giuliani — which is like getting legal counsel from a Magic 8 Ball — and in the end showed an utter disregard for the sanctity of his office, the rule of law, the welfare of the nation and the physical safety of thousands of people.

Two: There is no Two."

---------------------------------------------

So there is that.

"

Nice try, but very diabolical of you. The matter should have went to an open court trial because the will of the people through their vote, and the election integrity of the entire nation was at stake, and it not being allowed to go to trial is what led to the J6 frustrations in which the American citizens felt overwhelmingly disrespected on before the lead up.... They felt they had been denied justice, and they reacted to it.

So blame the leftist Democrat's for not backing up the legal way in which to resolve legal matter's in this country, and therefore leaving well over half of the COUNTRY with no place to go after being denied justice through a court of law.

You're so funny!

60+ legal suits of some sort of cheating were made by Trump's team. Trump's team could not present the slightest proof of the claims - so they were thrown out of court.

These legal proceedings were all public - there was no secrecy at all. Everything was absolutely legal.

The problem was that there was absolutely no evidence of any election fraud - only of Trump's team being so full of shit that many are being disbarred for the charade.

You can whine from now to eternity, but we are not falling for your BULLSHIT.

Here is the secret pact between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin to occupy the White House and Ukraine, the New York Times reveals the "Mariupol plan"

A few days after the US midterm vote, the New York Times publishes the classic pre-election bomb: a reworked version of Russiagate starring Russian President Vladimir Putin and former US President Donald Trump. “The untold story of Russiagate and the road to war in Ukraine. Russian meddling in Trump-era politics was more directly linked to the current war than previously understood': that's the headline of a lengthy New York Times op-ed linking Moscow's meddling in the 2016 US presidential election with the conflict in Ukraine, assuming that the Kremlin's help in electing Donald Trump was essentially intended to win the tycoon's support for a dismemberment of Ukraine.

This story blows my mind. It is unbelievable! Trump has sooo much to answer for!

Such as?
What charges in the criminal referral are false?
The entire debacle is a false and made up case, because first off no one is considering the cause and effects for everything that has taken place since before 2016, otherwise as it being part of it all, but of course not.

If they put the entire puzzle together it implicates the Democrat's on them assisting outside forces to attempt to overthrow the government of the United States in regards to their lost agenda's, and ultimately to overthrow it's president in hopes that it would have a chilling effect on the Republican party, basically saying that they had best go along to get along from then on.. None of it can be separated or forgotten because it all weaves together like a close knitted blanket or quilt. A lot of evidence is probably constantly being destroyed as the days, week's and year's go by, but no one will forget what has happened in this COUNTRY.

Yet you were completely afraid of an open court trial, otherwise that would have allowed the accused and the accuser's to be represented in a transparent and open way. It's amazing how a damned Johnny Depp trial with his X was far more important than our democracy in this COUNTRY. Think about that idiocy for a moment in comparison.

You people's fear of Trump was the most unhealthiest thing ever to be seen in the history of this country. It turned everything on it's head, but it didn't matter to y'all just as long as you were getting your way.

The current criminal investigations have not been going on for 6 years. And citizen Trump no longer enjoys the protections of being president.

I really can't simplify this any further. Good luck.

Could have already answered for it, otherwise if you all weren't so scared of the man or worse trying to set him up. Everything should have went to a trial of the century, but because it didn't you have nothing but bull crap fake News or worse lie's to push or rely on.

"Set him up"

With his own words, and texts/video/emails/testimony of people from his own team.

Good luck with that defense.

But you ignore the same bull shite when Biden and team are guilty of the same bull crap you so happily want to accuse the Trump administration of. Imagine that.

Raskin is a angry demafasict that has violated the STOCK Act, exposing his corruption his wife, thankfully was keep from being on the Federal Reserve, during that time his corruption was exposed…he protest too much

I guess this Raskin guy feels just like all the leftist loonies that have been exposed by the Trumpster, otherwise who became a bull in their china shop.

Trump started it all (giving Republicans the road map back to their spine's), but it's funny how the corruption in Washington has become far more important than finding their own spine's. Are they compromised too ? One wonder's about that too, especially in the case of Mitch McConnell and company.

Yeah - and when he dodged his subpoena it was "stunning and brave".

If Trump does the same, I guarantee you that it'll be a total criminal subversion of Democracy.

And the mindless drove of sheep will lap up their orders from the corporate press.

Not much gray matter.

Now you know why Trump hired a criminal lawyer.
