12,000 year old calendar found in Turkey

Around 10 000 BC .
From our pals at Gobekli Tepe , the site that was the centre of Sumeria and one of of the colonies of the Elohim / Anunnaki . Possibly .

Odd that they seemed to have been instructed to move , but the city was totally abandoned and completely buried before the move by its own people .

It seems they moved down to Egypt , possibly founding what is mistakenly known as the Egyptian period when in fact it was run by the Sumerians . Possibly accompanied by a handful of Elohim or Hybrids --- see long skull findings .
The reason the Sumerians moved is because the departing visitors from above told them of their plans and that there was going to be what we now call the "Great Flood" .

An interesting fact is this same basic narrative is found all over the world and true for every settlment mentored by the Stars people --- Elohim etc
Although I am not aware of any other people who moved but buried their homes / city where they lived .

Really ancient…

And yes, it seems to be a 365-day calendar, forcing historians to recalibrate their understanding of the capabilities of ancient people.
Homosapiens has been on this planet for at least 240k years. We have likely been as advanced as we are now many times before. Natural disasters and our own hubris have done us in several times I am sure

Well, from one hubris to another, there is very, very little we know about prehistoric history.

We just have always assumed that the ancients were morons whose knuckles drug to ground when they walked cuz we apparently today are all that!!!

Why? Cuz we have cell phones don't ya know.

This picture shows what I am talking about. This interpretation regarding the evolution of man shows our arrogance of this notion.

This is what blows my mind about prehistoric man

I doubt we could duplicate these structures today.

Oh, many still think the same way about other people today. I was once out doing a land survey. Basically splitting some lots of a farm. Guy in a BMW stopped to chat. Evidently to vent. Started talking about some dumb old farmer he had gotten in an argument with. Not really interested in the argument but was interested in who the argument was with, he describes the guy. It was Doc Otis. The doctor that delivered me. I am like ya you just can't argue with them dumb old farmers while laughing inside.

Yes dope, just like Bernie Sanders.

So, what is your point?
My point?

To make fun of the religious nut jobs who claim the planet is only 6,000 years old, asshole.

Who aren't in this thread, dumbass.

Without USMB to spend their time back then, humans took more opportunity to observe the sun and stars. I'd guess that once civilization got into agriculture, a calendar wasn't far behind.

Well guess what halfwit, I'm a religious nut job that thinks the planet is much older.

Now what? How will you belittle me now?

It's not like they had anything much to do at night other than look up

I can only imagine what went through their minds as to what it was all about.

You don’t need my help in belittling yourself.

Now that the topic of religion was raised, the secular assumption is that man is progressing, getting smarter, and smarter, and smarter.

Clearly, this is not happening.

Scientific progress seems to be built solely on the ability to preserve information and expand upon it.

It has nothing to do with people getting smarter.

In fact, I read the other day that the average IQ has plummeted recently.
