10th Circuit Court of Appeals Tells Utah To Go To

As has been said before, Appeal Courts are not rejecting Gay and Lesbian Citizens the right to marry. In this case, they are telling the state to proceed to the U.S. Supreme Court if they wish to file a further appeal.

"In response to the United States Court of Appeal for the Tenth Circuit denial of stay in Evans v. Utah, the state is prepared to file an Application for Stay before the United States Supreme Court in the coming days to avoid uncertainty," according to a statement from the attorney general’s office. "The State recognizes that pending cases regarding same-sex marriage in Utah impact the lives of many individuals and families and is diligently seeking uniform certainty through proper and orderly legal processes until Kitchen v. If that isn't the core of the Lowest Stupid Thinking then I don't know what is. The very fact orphans are being put out for adoption is because they come from dysfunctional families who didn't care about their children. Other babies might have even been left by the side of the road as many news reports have revealed, to either be eventually found or to die out there alone. That is what is truly despicable and heartbreaking! Not the care and love a same-sex couple would give to such children once they became a member of their own family. The closeness and love that transpires is beautiful compared to those who discard their own children and babies, abort them in restrooms, or simply throw them in waste bins regarding them as mere waste. Gay and Lesbian people are truly caring and loving folks who love their adopted children in a very special way as they may not all be predisposed to have or create their own children therefore, they can appreciate and love that adopted child much more than even the natural parents many times ever could.
