101 years ago today, on April 15, 1912, the ocean liner Titanic sank in the North Atlantic at 2:20 AM, after hitting an iceberg at 11:40 PM ship's time, earlier that evening. Of the 2,224 people on board, 1,502 died.

I read that another Titanic ship is being built and will take the same path on it's maiden voyage. Don't know if they'll set sail the same day.
