    Don't quite understand your messages except that you have red walls in your living room. What part of the country are you from? Just a guess but maybe somewhere on the west coast? I live in northwestern Illinois - 100 miles due west of Chicago. Live on a 300 acre farm. Great place to live.

    Well, that should only be a problem if you are trying to acquire the services of child prostitutes . To be perfectly honest, if I didn't read or travel , I would've never imagined we had a child prostitution problem- I've never seen it, never been in contact with it, it's not really out there in public or even really that much in the news. It is never "in your face", for the obvious reasons that it is a severe crime. Of course it is a horrible problem and it appears to be relatively widespread, but as a tourist you would never be in contact with it unless you were looking for it, so if that was the reason you didn't visit, I'd highly suggest you reconsider next time you want to make a trip! In any case you wouldn't be "the" 'rich' american tourist- some 50,000 US expats live in Costa Rica, and I think somewhere around hundreds of thousands of Americans visit every year. Figured I'd let you know! :)
