That is Lady Gaga as she looks without all of the makeup. It's from short clips in the video for "Bad Romance". Strange celebrity but actually a very sweet person. My 17 year old niece, who wants to be in fashion design, was at a fashion show in Manhattan. Lady Gaga sat next to her and they got along really well, they went shopping together after the show. When she is being herself in interviews, she seems to be a very decent person.
