Yippee-Ki-Yay!!! 3/13/15: More St Louis thug vs cop shootings and thugs shooting woman!

Who knows...maybe the Obama Admin will invite Boko Harram to come speak about community activism in East St Louis county?

The truly ironic thing is that Obama's rule started with the Nobel peace prize. Since then he escalated the drone program to the point of killing US citizens. His rhetoric, in my opinion, about a video after Benghazi lead to even more riot. His Trayvon would look like me BS was utter crap. The police acted stupidly when it was really him. And now he blows on the embers of unrest in Ferguson.

But see...it all makes sense. He will earn that Peace Prize. See...if he can turn a few urban centers into total violent chaos....other places will statistically be more PEACEFUL!

SEE? We just are too dumb and impatient to see His brilliance.

White flight will intensify and so will middle class flight by every other race. Obama has launched de facto apartheid.

Gated communities are really looking appealing now..........

From a California experience:

Gated communities have many advantages but at some size, and I have no statistics addressing when the change happens, they become a cross-section of humanity. In larger examples (several hundred homes) there will be some number of renters IF any at all are allowed. There will also be a degree of economic stratification. Interestingly when vandalism and petty theft become problems it more often turns out to be bored offspring of the affluent than the children of the lower economic layer. Possibly because that layer is not poverty stricken but had to work hard to get where they are and have shown their kids by example.

Where the gated community is close to a military facility a high percentage of residents are ex-military but not "grunts". Rather of the officer class. It becomes most important that the gate-guards wear snappy uniforms and dispense snappy salutes.

Having amenities like golf courses, pools, tennis courts and maybe a restaurant can be a plus if you use them. But you DO pay for them in your dues. If your yard maintenance is provided by the homeowner's association that's a plus but if it's not, watch out for a "landscape committee" measuring your grass from time to time and sending you notices of fines due if it gets too long.

Overall if you like petty you'll like a gated community.

But then you might find a small, good one. There ARE some but the odds of stumbling into one are not good. Before buying ask a lot of questions of a range of residents.

You nutters got butter for your popcorn?

No popcorn. But we have plenty of Uhaul truckd and down payments. We've been trying this new urbanization movement. Reversing white flight. Its been the trendy thing for a few years.

Buuuuut....yeah enough of this shit. We'll flee again and let anarchists and thugs have their concrete jungles.
