The congressional subpoena was for any Libya and Benghazi govt emails and documents... there was NO SUBPOENA for her personal emails before or after the deletion of her non government involved emails.

You've bought in to a lie, that is easily proven a lie... just search for the Congressional subpoena issued before the deletion of personal emails at her computer maintenance company, the subpoena was ONLY for Benghazi and Libya emails that she had, and her lawyers gathered those emails and documents before any deletion of her non govt/personal emails occurred.

Subpoenas HAVE to have probable cause to get approved by a judge, they are not willy dilly.... her personal emails WERE NEVER subject to subpoena, there was no probable cause for Congress to ever get that approved by a judge.

-after a security review request given to the FBI by the inspector general, from a review of her gvt emails turned in, where he found 3 top secret emails, Classified emails by the CIA.... and that request by the IG to the FBI for a review/investigation, was 5 MONTHS AFTER her personal emails were bit bleached by her maintenance company for her servers.

And yet we have only her word and yours that they were only personal emails. She also said that she had never had classified or secret emails on her server. They found some. So we see she is not above lieing. So what actual proof do we have that they were only personal?
