Thank you. I don't give an airborne rodents behind about Trump. I do believe he is particularly unsuited to lead the Free World and he is inherently dangerous to the New World Order that the Greatest Generation spilled a great deal of blood to wrest from a world order led by a few Authoritarians.

So, what is the best method? Just make his life hell by bankrupting him without locking him up or actually trying to put him in prison in addition to bankrupting him?

This OP just shows you how unaware some people are of how our judicial system works. Many of Trump's lawsuits are in state court not federal court, so Biden has no say on who or how those states prosecute their laws. The ones in federal court are because Trump violated federal law. Those cases are brought by the DOJ. Yes, the AG may be a cabinet member, but he represents the people, not the president.
