He told us all one time that during training, they teach you that if you take someone down and there is any chance of anyone being able to see you, yell "stop resisting" repeatedly because witnesses won't be able to easily decipher what person did what in a struggle on the ground, but they will clearly remember what they hear. So if interviewed, they would all say "I saw the officer and person struggling, and the officer yelling to stop resisting so they were fighting the cop." They might not even mention hearing the cop saying that, they might subconsciously think that the person was struggling and fighting the cop because they heard the cop say that and will speak accordingly when interviewed.

Its part of training. He admitted to using that method when taking down someone he didn't like who wasn't resisting at all. He used it as an excuse to beat the hell out of this person. And he got away with it over and over again.

No sir she did what she wanted n for that she got what was needed, a little attitude adjustment. I've been arrested 7 times, resisted once, when i acted a fool I was tackled by three officers. Just do what the damn police ask when stopped n 99% of the time things will go a lot smoother for all parties.
