Woman speeds then resists arrest and the officer is at fault!?

Damn she just kept fighting eve after she was in handcuffs, dumbass tried just walking into the Wendy's knowing a cop has pulled her over and that shit puts cops on edge and seriously he asked her to close her door it's for his safety and she refused so he tells her to get out.
This kind of bullshit excuse-fabrication is precisely the kind of smart-ass nonsense that provokes police assassinations. That cop behaved like a Cossack during Czarist Russia. But he's not a Cossack and this isn't Czarist Russia -- as he is soon to learn.

All that hypersensitive goon had to do to avoid what has evolved into a serious and extremely costly incident was to put his personal racist orientation aside and realize he was dealing with a minor traffic offender, not a menacing felon.
COP HATER ALERT!!!!!!!

What's wrong with her having her feet hanging out of the car?
You have never been a cop. Cops give directions and you follow them. They are trained to head off combative behavior before it even begins. If the woman had followed instructions, none of this would have happened. In a sane world, her teaching credentials would have been immediately pulled and a restraining order applied to keep her away from children. It's this kind of example and teaching by irresponsible adults that's getting young, black men killed.

[...]
And it's your kind of nonsensical excuse-making that results in cops being assassinated.

She tried to evade him, didnt have her drivers license or wallet so you know she wasnt going shopping. Then she refused repeated requests to put her feet back in the car so he could close the door.

That is suspicious behavior and frequently leads to running.

Do as requested and none of this would have happened.
That all sounds very good and will meet with full approval of every cop in the donut shop. But how do you think it will sound to the Austin taxpayers who are going to be hit for a half to full million dollar punitive award when this woman's lawyers get done with the case? And how do you think it will sound to the next pissed off nigga with a sniper rifle who watches the video?

All she had to do was follow instructions.
She did follow his instructions right up to the point where it seemed excessive. She'd done nothing but exceed the speed limit. She'd harmed no one and that cop should realize people are not always going to respond to him the way Marine recruits respond to a DI.

She tried to evade, didnt have a drivers license and refused to put her feet back in the car.
All suspicious activity.

Follow instructions.

"Stop resisting!" At least 8 times by my count.

Stop lying, Leftists!
If you watch COPS you will hear cops shout, "Stop Resisting" more than eight times -- as they are twisting some passive, fully subdued subject's arm off and forcing his face onto a concrete surface.

It seems you are easily duped.

If what you say is true why arent there constant reports of police brutality?
The obviously have all the video evidence they need.

I'm sure that makes more sense to you than the more logical explanation that the suspect is persisting in fighting against the arrest.

Really? How does my support for our men and women in uniform get them killed?

This should be good....

That's why the Sandra Bland arresting officer is fired and being sued. That is why the officer in this case is not on patrol duty and is being evaluated for retention.

saintmichael's defense of bad policing does contribute to an atmosphere on which cop killing crazies feed.

While true,if blacks hadnt perpetuated the problem by being criminals they wouldnt be under such scrutiny.

You are actually correct on this point and I'll tell you why.

Several years ago I knew a guy who worked as a part time police officer and he was in the military. He told us all one time that during training, they teach you that if you take someone down and there is any chance of anyone being able to see you, yell "stop resisting" repeatedly because witnesses won't be able to easily decipher what person did what in a struggle on the ground, but they will clearly remember what they hear. So if interviewed, they would all say "I saw the officer and person struggling, and the officer yelling to stop resisting so they were fighting the cop." They might not even mention hearing the cop saying that, they might subconsciously think that the person was struggling and fighting the cop because they heard the cop say that and will speak accordingly when interviewed.

Its part of training. He admitted to using that method when taking down someone he didn't like who wasn't resisting at all. He used it as an excuse to beat the hell out of this person. And he got away with it over and over again.

It's just one of the sneaky little bullshit tricks some cops use to do the job they way they want to do it -- never giving thought to the inevitable probability of what happened in Dallas and will continue to happen until their little games stop. And the worst part of it is the cops who are assassinated are likely to be the kind who know better than to behave like Cossacks.

You would be surprised how many complaints of police brutality there are in a given year. But the simple fact is you are wrong about there being " . . . all the video evidence they need." Whenever there is credible video evidence you may rest assured an issue will be made of it -- and it will end up costing the taxpayers a lot of money in punitive damage awards.

The following is excerpted from a report by a leading law firm that handles brutality complaints against just New York City cops in one year.

(Excerpt)

Police brutality, malicious prosecutions and false arrests happen every day throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Several cases of NYPD misconduct have received national media coverage over the years, but thousands of cases just like them are investigated every year in New York City alone. The City typically spends between $500 million and $600 million yearly on legal settlements, almost 99% of which goes to people who have suffered personal injuries for which the City is deemed responsible. If you are a victim of excessive force, false arrest, or malicious prosecution by the New York City Police Department, you need an experienced New York City false arrest attorney to help you assert your rights so that you can receive compensation for the injuries, loss of freedom and emotional distress you have endured at the hands of the NYPD.

Pay special attention to the $500 to $600 million these brutality cases cost the NYC taxpayers every year. And these payouts are proportionately similar in police departments all over the U.S. The problem is we don't read or hear about it because silence is part of the settlement agreements.

I like how you left out the post I was responding to thus changing the narrative.
Fuck you you dishonest asshole.

No sir she did what she wanted n for that she got what was needed, a little attitude adjustment. I've been arrested 7 times, resisted once, when i acted a fool I was tackled by three officers. Just do what the damn police ask when stopped n 99% of the time things will go a lot smoother for all parties.
Are you a man or a woman? If you're a man it's about time you realize and understand that in matters of conflict a woman is always going to have an attitude. That's the way women are wired. It is their nature. A man knows that and is prepared to deal with it like a man -- which does not include beating the hell out of her and treating her like a dangerous felon.

What was so important about having that woman close her car door?
