why "health care" can only mean rip-off ...

in-other-words, there is no reason what-so-ever for a health care provider to discount health insurance through a company.
what Obama just did was give the health insurance companies the ability to do what ever they want and charge what ever they want to a captive customer.
(60 minutes showed a program about 6 months ago saying none of the (foreign) government health systems are working as well as they claim)
