This is a governance-parable and discussion involving Cyclonus (wolfish fictional robot from Hasbro's A.I. fantasy-adventure franchise Transformers) and the Whore of Babylon (Biblical messenger of human vice and the frailty of lust in 'civilized' men) regarding the qualities of governance 'consciousness.'
This vignette was inspired by My Fellow Americans.

CYCLONUS: So you're a messenger of lust...
WHORE: So what? You're a messenger of piracy.
CYCLONUS: Piracy is more basic and therefore honest.
WHORE: No. Lust governs human innocence...
CYCLONUS: Without economics, there is no gratification!
WHORE: Wrong. Basic instincts create social institutions.
CYCLONUS: You seduce stockbrokers away from their work.
WHORE: So what? You persuade tycoons to be ruthless!
CYCLONUS: Lust is natural...
WHORE: So is rebelliousness...
CYCLONUS: Perhaps the World Bank can cure avarice.
WHORE: I think Facebook is a totem of society teamwork.
CYCLONUS: It's difficult to prosecute folly.
WHORE: That's why we celebrate The People's Court (TV)!
After this intriguing discussion, Cyclonus and the Whore of Babylon agreed to disagree about the nature of human ambition and avarice. However, they agreed about the quality of teamwork and how it helps build great social monuments/institutions such as Planet Hollywood. Cyclonus and the Whore of Babylon wondered about the destiny of capitalism and modern America, since new age enterprises (e.g., NATO) involved a great deal of negotiation. Would 'TrumpUSA' create the sort of teamwork-idealism politics Cyclonus and the Whore of Babylon were expounding? Only time would tell...
