Will Liz Cheney become the first woman president?

I would never vote for her - but Republican Conservatives should.

So how many times are you going to keep bumping your own thread to try and keep it alive? Think you will make it into next year? :eusa_shhh:

If Trump were to completely crash and burn in 2024, as he should, the Republican Party might just manage to come back and survive with the help of some “Never Trump” Republicans. But that is most likely not going to happen because the new Trump base, and the U.S. people themselves, are just too far gone.

The Dems have seemingly blundered in many ways and painted themselves into a corner with a too old candidate who lacks charisma. Americans are probably now too unsophisticated to choose Biden and his unappealing Vice Pres. over the “underdog” demagogue Donald Trump.

A Dem’s choosing a compromise Republican like Liz Cheney as candidate is even more unlikely.

We may very well blunder as a nation and create an opening for chaos and collapse, for a Constitutional and political crisis and even civil war. All over a conman. That would be a time which might destroy our republic, a time of bloodshed, of assassinations, of lunacy.

A little over the top, Tommy Boy! Four years of Trump didn't "destroy the republic" as a matter of fact the republic was in much better shape (as well as the world!) when Trump was in the Oval Office! I know you on the left want to paint it as a dangerous time but with all due respect? The most "dangerous" thing that Trump ever did was a bunch of mean tweets!

Your old candidate not only lacks charisma...he's a crook and he's incompetent. Why ANYONE would vote for Joe Biden a second time escapes me! He's one of the worst President's we've ever had. More corrupt than Nixon. More incompetent than Carter.

And Liz Cheney ceased being a Republican when she went along with that farce of a committee that Nancy put together! She couldn't get elected dog catcher in Wyoming and she's loathed by half the nation!
