IMHO, CA will be all too eager to give over, even embellish & fabricate mental health records of all citizens - but bend over backwards to protect and seal illegal immigrant's damaging mental health records. - U call BS on this just examine the double standard in every 'sanctuary city' legal system, LEO's, courts etc.
