They didn't serve their time, they didn't do the mandatory sentence for the crime they committed. That's why they had to go back.

Hey, there have been cases in both the Clovis NM and Amarillo TX jails where prisoners were mistakenly released early and they had to go back.

If the sentence wasn't fully completed, they should go back and finish their time.

Why do citizen's get punished when government unfairly changes the rules? You need to read the history of the ranchers and the government bullshit that led to this.
