I guess the people who run this forum never heard of the expression: If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I am trying to cope with this new format with all its obvious shortcomings compared to the time-proven old format, but I am seriously looking at other forums, because this one just ain't the way it used to be.

Every board that I have ever been on has made changes. The people that run message boards are technical people, they like computers and change. If this version is troublesome, perhaps a break is in order for you. It will change in the future and maybe that will be better for you. There are people behind these posts and most of them will not be where you are going, hopefully you will consider staying for that reason.
