I have been studying history of my people, since they didn’t teach it in school. One thing I learned that may be of interest to you is this. I know your main thing is the border. At one time it was legal for Americans to cross the border into Mexico IF they were killing Apaches. It was also legal for Mexicans to cross the border into America IF they were killing Apaches. The United States government has no problem with people breaking the law if it suits their needs.
