Why the Amnesty (Dream Act) must be stopped!

The DREAM Act does not protect America from terrorists and criminals. Illegal aliens are not required to submit fingerprints or undergo background security checks at any point in the DREAM Act process. Therefore, DHS has no way of knowing whether or not an alien seeking DREAM Act amnesty is a terrorist or criminal.

To cap it all, DHS is prohibited from removing from the United States all aliens, including criminals, terrorists, fraudsters, and other ineligible aliens while they have a DREAM Act
application pending, even if that application is based upon fraud or the alien is ineligible.

With 22 million Americans jobless and 8 million illegal aliens holding American jobs, the Congress should not consider passing any amnesty that would only encourage more illegal
immigration. The DREAM Act will harm these jobless Americans and will only help those who have knowingly broken America's laws.

Bottom line:
I support nothing less then 4 years mandatory service for ALL male illegal aliens with NO criminal history ages 18 to 35. As for women military or college.

As for those with criminal records, immediate deportation.

But before ANY of this is even thought about though I want a safe and secure border, then we can talk about amnesty.
