I am not sure I agree with the article's premise. I am thinking that the Mrs. Clinton's campaign knows there is tons of really bad luggage they have to hide. How better then to have what appears to be petty items take over the news, meanwhile the really important stuff gets swept under the rug. Besides she knows that those who are voting for her, just because, won't be dissuaded because she parked in a handicapped parking spot or stiffed the help at Chipotle.
Why satire not scandal could derail Hillary Clinton s campaign - Telegraph
The funny thing is that some serious news involving Mrs Clinton came out this week, but has mostly elicited yawns. First, it was revealed that she had simply ignored congressional inquiries into her use of private emails during the time she was serving as Secretary of State back in 2012. Second, it was reported that theClinton Foundation would continue taking money from foreign governments– even as Mrs Clinton officially ran for president of the United States.
