First thing, Republicans do not deny science. They question how some of the ways that science conducts their experiments. Especially when funded by government grants.
Conservatives believe in a smaller more manageable government and want to get rid of the waste and fraud that is in our government.
Conservatives don't believe in European style Entitlement Governments, of which all of them are going broke.
Why do Dem's believe in European style governments. America is not Europe.
Europeans move from Europe to America to get away from overly large entitlement type governments.
Then when the get here, they say that America has become the same as what they wanted to get away from.

The European governments that are going broke are doing so because their taxes are too low.

I lived in Germany, Italy and Greece. You don't know what you're talking about. well, you're right if you mean their taxes are too low to support their entitlement programs. The grassroots organizing group ACORN has come under serious attack in Nevada, Missouri, Ohio and elsewhere from Republicans attempting to negate the thousands of generally low-income citizens ACORN has registered to vote. As a matter of law, ACORN is required to report irregular registrations that come through its process. But GOP operatives have equated these with "fraudulent" filings, and a have ramped up a smear and fear campaign aimed at negating thousands of legitimate ACORN registrants throughout the US.
