His being on the committee has nothing to do with congressional leaders requirements to report foreign nationals,She left in 2015 when the FBI was investigating her before Swalwell was on the committee.. As far as them having sex you don't know that they did or didn't.What national secrets were given away?Swallwell is not even alleged to have done anything wrong.
