The answer is the socialist government of Nigeria sent their citizens to America to become better educated. The Nigerian community values education and passes it on to their community and family.

While here in America we spent a hundred years NOT trying to educate blacks and other minorities. Recently in florida, under new state law a library banned a book about Roberto Clemente...

Our public school system educates far more black children because of liberal education polices. If it was left up to conservatives it would be more of a caste system which prioritizes rich white people.
