Why do Muslims hate Americans after all we've done for/to them?

So keeping a dictator is what we want and what the people want right? Fucking moron
If the people cared enough about having a dictator lord over them, they would rise up and take there government back by bloody coup. Your an ignorant mouth breather for believing American intervention is needed for every country in the world. How do civilizations rise and fall? Through the will of the people. If it is not time for the ME to become a utopia of civil freedom who are we to say it's going to happen anyways.

It's not me. This katzndogs guy is the one who wants dictators there....I told him that is bullshit and the people don't want dictators and America shouldn't force dictators on them or anybody...I don't believe in intervention I believe in the peoples protests and elections
I agree with that entirely, I have struggled to understand out countries need to force an American stance on every country. I feel this is directly related to religion and religious figure being in position of influence in our govt. We may not be as open about our want for expansionism like say Russia, but we cannot help but push for a very "christian" democracy, which is in it's own way a form of expansionism. I still call for a complete removal of American intervention worldwide, and further more call for an true isolationist stance on al foreign affairs. The world came to form as it had without American intervention in the past and will continue to do so in the future. At this point we should worry about keeping our great nation from falling like all great nations have before us.

In the middle east if we remove certain military bases it would really help.....Fundematlist militants will lose all attention and they will die out...it's best to promote economic growth there....when people say lets bomb this and let's bomb militsnts in Paksitan and Yemen....it only gives the militants credibility and attention which is exactly what they want....we should be doing the opposite that way they will be ignored and we will get better results....but the drone programs are gonna keep on fucking up that chance

.

I sincerely wonder if those who are saying that we're the innocent victim, that we have never done anything wrong, that people in Middle East have absolutely nothing to be cranky about, really believe this stuff. It's a perfect example of the danger of absolutism. Completely unwilling to give an inch, to admit to one misstep.

We're making the problem even worse with this stuff.

is support of Israel a mis-step?

Because I remember the RFK assination.

If the US pulls out of the ME entirely, which i hope happens,do you really believe that hatred of the US would stop?

The US has been financing the palestinian Holocaust since 1949 - over 100 BBBBBBillion dollars wasted thus far

The US ARBITRARILY invaded Iraq in 1990 and remained there for close to 20 years during which time they salughtered millions of women and children

The War Party wants to invade Iran in order to grandstand for zionuts in TelAviv......... or is it, Jerusalem

.

Do they have any good reasons?

The More Radical ones actually do hate us as GWB said, because of our Freedoms. They see our Limitless Freedom to question God for Example, or how free woman are here, and it scares the hell out of them. They believe our Free and Open Society leads to Moral Decline, They might be some what right on that count, but I will still take Freedom to the Barbaric, Archaic rules they live by.

Well lets see, First it was 1991 not 90, Second it was not arbitrary it was a UN sanctioned Action, and finally we never invaded Iraq, we Liberated Kuwait from Iraqi Forces.

You probably should have just stayed in bed because you made yourself look like a real fucking retard with that comment.

Buying our Friends and our Enemies has been our Foreign Policy for many many years. And until Americans decide to take the red pill, that will continue to be our Foreign Policy.

As a red blooded pill popping socialist, I approve of this message!

Why does America keep poking the Middle East beehive? Is it for more than oil?

Why does America keep poking the Middle East beehive?

All these Americans want to know of every single incident in the middle east...they must have a lot of free time.

More lies -- most people could care less about most incedents in the middle east until there are 100 such incedents that threaten the lives of Americans and/or Isreal.

Like? Oh....so you're on of those people who dont believe in palestinans right to response?

Not that I do... but where did I ever that?

I believe as long as there are Palastinians they will want to take over Israel and Israel belongs to the Jews as ordained by the Father.

Bullshit.

War by Legal Loophole

by Gene Healy

President George W. Bush is planning a war with Iraq that could involve 250,000 U.S. troops. Shouldn't he get congressional authorization, as his father did for the first Gulf War? Not according to Bush administration lawyers. As the Washington Post reported recently, they're floating the ingenious and brazen argument that the congressional resolution that authorized Gulf War I still has enough life left in it to authorize Gulf War II.

How can a joint resolution {UN Resolution 678] passed in 1991 to give Bush the father authority to expel Saddam Hussein from Kuwait authorize Bush the son to take Baghdad 11 years later?

When did UN resolutions became binding on the US to the extent that they override the US Constitution?

You should have just stayed in bed because you made yourself look like a real fucking retard with that comment.

Wow so because your bible tells you this? And I'm not aware of where the father says its jewish land? Wasn't that the Jewish God Yawheh or whatever you want to call him ....he doesn't have any sons though....so how does that work?

Vanishing the Palestinians

by GHADA KARMI

When the Zionists decided in 1897 to establish a Jewish state in Palestine, the Jews of Vienna despatched a delegation to examine the country for its suitability. The delegation reported back as follows: "the bride is beautiful but she is married to another man". They had found that Palestine to their dismay was already inhabited by another people. And this has been Zionism’s central problem ever since. How to "vanish the Palestinians" and get an empty land? The latest manifestation of this imperative is the barrier wall, which Israel is currently building to separate and enclose Palestinian towns and villages in the lands it occupied after 1967. There are those who rightly point to the wall’s illegality and infringement of human rights. And the International Court of Justice has just affirmed this view resoundingly in its ruling, passed on 9.7.04 by 14 of the 15 judges, that the wall was an illegal structure when in the occupied Palestinian territories and that Israel would have to tear it down and make restitution for the damage it has caused to thousands of Palestinians. This position is entirely valid, but critics, in my view, have missed one crucial aspect of the wall’s purpose, which is, to "vanish" the Palestinians, to make them so invisible that Israelis can go on pretending that there is no "other man".
