Why did the Indians agree to go to the reservations?

you are spouting some incoherent nonsense. Once again: why did Roosevelt "reorganize" Indians-citizens of US?

I'm sorry you did not like my answer. But it is accurate.

far more accurate than your claim that the US did not have cavalry.

Because in a bourgeois democracy there is a right to choose. The Indians made a free choice.

The Indians only choice was between the reservation or being wiped out. And for some tribes, they moved to the reservation and then were wiped out.

Before the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924 was The Dawes Act of 1887

The Dawes Act removed Indian control over their own lands.
What kind of nonsense? All of America is their land.

This act was about the same in meaning as the act of 1924 - the Indians took ownership of the land and received citizenship

All of America was their land until the whites wanted it. There are numerous cases of Indians being removed from reservations to new reservations because whites wanted their land.

The Indians did not take ownership. The gov't broke up the tribal lands into smaller sections and gave some to the individual Indians. The rest they gave to white settlers.

But there are almost no "whites" there

That will be your little secret. Whites make up the majority in the US.

And it is a historically documented fact that white displaced Native Americans, even from their reservations.
Yes, the leftists wrote you a story of "conquering America", it looks especially stupid on the face of the fact that the British were not even allowed outside the British states. But for fools and slaves, this is a suitable theory. Fools and slaves believed everything that the slave owners told.

In any case, it would be easier for the Spaniards to compose the legend of "conquering the USA", because 2/3 of the USA nominally were the New Spain, France was in second place, and only a patch of the east coast was British.

You base your claim in a map of DNA. And how many gave DNA samples? 10%? 15% And yet you hold it as absolute truth.

Nonsense.

Neither Spain nor France "conquered" to get their land. They staked a claim on wilderness.

The US bought New France and defeated Spain/Mexico.

There is documented proof that the Sioux were put on a reservation in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
There is documented proof that gold was discovered in the Black Hills.
There is documented proof that the Sioux were removed from the Black Hills.

You can whine all you want about leftists. But facts are facts.

Why did the plains Indians move to reservations? After Sherman and Sheridan concluded the winter war campaigns and completed the destruction of the Buffalo herds, the only chance the Indians had was to move to the reservation or starve. Sherman used the same tactic he had used in the South during the civil war but to a much more significant effect against the planes Indians

I think many people forget the devastation of the buffalo herds and the effect it had on the Indians.

"The most famous photograph of bison extermination is a grisly image of a mountain of bison skulls. It was taken outside of Michigan Carbon Works in Rougeville, Mich., in 1892. At the close of the 18th century, there were between 30 and 60 million bison on the continent. By the time of this photograph, that population was reduced to only 456 wild bison.

Man stands on top of enormous pile of buffalo skulls; another man stands in front of pile with his foot resting on a buffalo skull; rustic cage is at foot of pile.
