The Best Tool Democrats Have Is Lying
It's pretty simple. If you've brain-washed your supporters into believing that a lie doesn't matter, there is no lie too extreme or damaging.
Why is lying such an advantage? Well it gives you an advantage over your opposition. Lying makes you look superior even when you aren't. All you need is somebody else to verify your lie and it appears like it's the truth. What really makes the lie appear truthful is when you conspire with supposed friends and associates of your opponent in advance and collude with them behind their backs.
You can make the most honest person seem dishonest just by ganging up on them with others. The target has to watch every word he says because not only can his inconsistencies be used against him, but the facts as well. A reinterpretation of facts can be agreed upon, a consensus so to speak, can totally change what is true and what is untrue. For example, the media never calls Obama or Hillary out for their obvious lies, but that same media not only parses every word a Republican utters, but goes back into the past to find statements that he made that are inconsistent with what he said just now, regardless of the context. This tactic is used on Trump because he doesn't like to use a teleprompter. He's an easy target for this tactic.
However, a variation of this tactic was used to support one of Obama's claims during the 2012 Presidential Debate. Obama claimed that he always thought Benghazi was an act of terror despite the fact that he had been claiming for months that it wasn't. Mitt Romney took the bait and Candy Crowley, the "Unbiased" moderator, agreed with Obama on national television, even though later, off camera of course, she said Mitt was really technically right.
If you're able to prepare unsubstantiated claims in advance and throw them at your opponent, he's obviously going to be off balance because he doesn't really know the answers. Al Franken is skilled at this tactic. You would have to know the questions in advance to prepare for his attacks. This is next to impossible. Al Franken is a nasty little tool who never had to stand up to the kind of questioning he subjects everyone else to. He would never allow himself to become such an easy target.
Democrats don't to have to prove anything because they don't need to. Their supporters not only give them a pass on inaccuracies, but they expect them to lie. They never would hold Democrats to the same standards of truthfulness that they do Republicans. They've bought their radical inflammatory rhetoric and swallowed it whole. They tune in regularly to hear more and literally lap it up. Some of them actually pay big money to hear lies from Democrats. Call it stress relief, venting, whatever. Maybe this is another example of a primary tactic of the left. Create a need, and then supply it at a tremendous cost.
In this environment, the left can say anything about Republicans and not have to prove it. It's just accepted. When did we get to this point? Well, it helps when you have enough money to throw around. Plenty of millionaires and billionaires are willing to donate tons of cash to get what they want. This is why the Democratic Party isn't the party of the common-man anymore. They are the party of the rich and the privileged. Sadly, all you need to do these days to get recognized or get attention is call Trump every name in the book. This is a cheap, low-brow, and popular way of gaining universal acceptance from the right people. Just tell Trump to fuck off. Do it effectively and wait for the offers to start rolling in.
The Democratic Party isn't Democratic anymore. They're fascists who use money and awards to reward their friends and themselves. This is why Bill Maher stays on the air. He calls Trump a con-man, forgetting that Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama were all con-men. Unfortunately this is why Ellen De Generous says she won't allow Donald Trump to be on her show. Because she feels the safe bet is say he's against everything she stands for when there is no proof that he is. It's easier to stay on the air, and say what the left wants than to buck the system, and have your sponsors pull the plug on you, like they did to Bill O'Reilly.
