From my exp the suspect had a weapon or something just wonder what he had...I tend to take the worst case and expect a gun. Just lucky the LEO had a tazar. I would of had to us a deadly force.

Englewood, OH - A 10-year veteran Englewood police officer fatally shot a man suspected of shooting a firearm at a motel. According to police, the Motel 6 manager called police around 2:20 p.m. on Sunday, Feb 5 to report Porter damaged a room at the motel located at 9325 North Main Street. Police say he discharged a firearm at the motel. A physical altercation broke out ultimately leading to the officer having to fire his weapon in defense of his own life. The officer was criminally cleared.

Exactly. It almost always isn't the actual crime, but the suspect's refusal to listen. If you look at all the cases that have caused mass hysteria by the leftist media, it has boiled down to this simple fact: Suspect refused to obey officers commands.
