I catch "Washington Journal" on occasion. They take calls from people who identify themselves as Democrat or Republican or Independent.

Every so often, a Republican will get on the line and bitch about how C-Span's host favors the Democrats.

C-SPAN is funded by a most of the larger cable companies as a public service.
