Exactly........they always want to play the victim hoping it will distract from their real role of usually being the perp especially in the areas of violent crimes like rape and murder. Negroes compose approx. l3 per cent of the total pop. Yet they comitt over half of all violent crimes such as rape and murder. Very few know this because the media covers it up.....the FBI does its best to skewer crime reports so it is difficult to determine who the offenders are...they go on and on about the victims in their reports but do their best to hide who the offenders are.
