I should point out that FDR didn't become President until 1933. The Depression was going on for three years at that point with 25 million unemployed (out of a population of 140 million at that time.) It's why FDR was elected in a landslide and then won THREE MORE landslides, and the Republican response was "Well, we can't let the Democrats run the same guy more than once."

Make them soft and dependent, take away their incentive to work. Make them lazy. Disarm them. So they obviously stole the election, and now are free to invade Ukraine, Taiwan, whatever the Marxists want, because they have installed a vegetable in our presidency.
