So the 14 year old can make the lifelong decision to take hormones to try to change his sex. But cannot babysit. This world is going to hell.

Because kids mature at different times of course, at what age is considered old enough for babysitting other kids, especially when kids may not be old enough to work a more legitimate job that garners them a real paycheck?
