Mike Lindell, Donald Trump, and the list now includes Marjorie Taylor Green.

Every single court loss is met with the same promise. Once this gets away from those Judges we will see real Justice. I’m just curious as to when this will happen? I’m also curious as to how many favorable decisions the Extreme Rught actually expects.

The Court of Appeals unanimously shot down Trump’s claim of Immunity.

Lindell loses in front of every court. Alex Jones is staring at the real possibility that he will have his assets liquidated to pay the court awards in the cases he would certainly win.

Fox paid Dominion, a decision that outraged the Extreme Right.

Civil cases. Criminal cases. We are always promised that a court will side with them. But as Green showed, apparently not. Even the Supremes refused to side with her.

So when and how many cases will be overturned by the Court in favor of the Radical Right?

The fact that the right is continually the victim of radical prosecutors just goes to show how unfair and out of balance our justice system has become. We've become Russia west under Democrats. Back to MAGA.

They did win a court case against the IRS during the Obama administration proving the IRS targeted conservative groups before the election as Obama weaponized them accordingly.

Granted, no one was punished for it, but hey, its something.

Ok. What was unfair? Fox V Dominion? The emails and text messages clearly showed that Fox hosts and staff knew the allegations were untrue. But they continued to push it anyway for ratings. That is the definition of malice, thus negating the absence of malice defense that News Organizations have as a defense against liability for inaccurate reporting. If you know it is untrue, and co time saying it,

Alex Jones? If you ignore subpoenas and lie in response you often get summary judgement against you.

Marjorie Taylor Green? The current Speaker said he agreed with the decision of the Supremes. The Speaker said that the ability of the House to fine members for not following the rules was not subject to Court oversight.
