It could be anywhere from $20-$100 if not more. This is unacceptable. It is against Christianity. A clear-cut way for usuriers to take advantage of all sorts of poor people. The brainwashing tactics of the matrix has gotten so good that they are able to convince some(not all) poor people and working class people that reigning in in corrupt landlords is a bad thing …. They might say things like “you don’t know the cost of a business that’s why these landlords have to provide $100 application fee if not more for an apartment” .

Landlords are going to charge $100 to a working class mom with two kids with no man at the house. And they’re going to convince folks that that is the Christian thing to do.

Happens all the time somebody fills out a rental application they have to pay $20-100 if not more, and then they get turned down.

With the failure of the government Democrats and Republicans with their failure of introducing trillions of dollars of stimulus money to our economy bc of “covid”. Landlords raise the rent astronomically in many cases ..what’s to stop them from not lowering it? Who’s to say that they’re just going to keep raising it. ?

While many positive development have occurred the summer when it comes to free speech, with the return of Tucker Carlson, and Andrew Tate returning to social media. …There remains an obstacle. It is to say the corrupt brutal, anti-Christian landlords and other types of property managers who are engaging in reckless, criminal profiteering. Don’t expect anything from this front on Black Lives Matter and Democrats they don’t care about this. They brainwash their supporters through drugs, mass media, porn, telling him to get dogs instead of having kids.

Robert F Kennedy is out there talking about these kind of things. Reigning in the corrupt landlords. You look back at the 1950s in the 1970s. This was a Time in America when the employers and the property owners had a level of honor and integrity. We lack that when it comes to the political atmosphere in America today . We still have it when it comes to our society as in the citizens.

So the hope is that new Americans will run for political office. And they will take us back to the glory days of America.

Just another rip off by the conglomerates; most of the house sales these days are to corporations, not individuals, and st states have no laws against this sort of swindle. Here in a boom town, they can make a bundle off of 'application fees'. Right wingers run around touting up tax breaks for these swindlers. At $50 a pop, an ad for one apt. or house can rake in $5,000 a week for a month. No way to check if one was ever actually available, and the local govts. certainly don't verify anything.

Nothing in the corporate world revolves around ethics, morals, or humanity. It's all about money and profits. People are both liabilities and assets. We've become entries on a ledger. Nothing more and nothing less.

Just another reason I'm looking for off grid land in a far away place.
