Furthermore, Russia was no more waiting on anything Obama said or did to invade Crimea than they were with Bush on Georgia. They took Crimea after their puppet was deposed in Ukraine. It's not a secret.

What sanctions? What exactly did they accomplish? There was no effect on the Russian population, had there been they might have done something to get rid of pootin, but no, the "sanctions" were window dressing and did nothing. The one thing that did hurt pootin was the frackers were able to lower the cost of oil to such a low level that THAT was hurting your buddy pootin.
