Marine Captain Lamb vs Five Deferment Filthy Don....Who you got in PA-18?

The polling, the enthusiasm level on the Democratic side, and the fundraising all point to Lamb coming out with a slight victory, but you never now. It is a very Republican district.

Allegheny is the first.....it will take some time for the rural vote

AFL-CIO union workers were trying to get positive laws to boost their trades, but Repubs sat on the issue for months. Now they see Filthy Don's tariff moves as a politician prop....especially when automation will be implemented in any plant rebuild or retooling.

These guys aren't fools...they know Filthy Don is about politics galore. :113:

One union workers says he wants to slap Filthy Don in the face.....but his vote will have to do!:abgg2q.jpg:

What does it matter.

Lamb has run a GOP campaign. Thus he will have to vote with the GOP.
He says he is Pro-Life, Pro-Gun, Pro-Border, Pro-Tax Cuts and he won't
listen to Pelosi.

He will have to run for reelection in November thus he MUST vote with the
GOP or be out.

If he's going to vote with the GOP, what does it matter.

Goes to show, keep Filthy Don out of the campaigning.....Lamb will also have a voting record to watch.

The issues also: Filthy Don won the electorial by 70,000 votes in 3 states. Not much at all.

You've actually got that flipped around - rural precincts usually come in first.

It's still up in the air, though.

I live in the central part of the state and its always been rural last for us....many times the rural vote has come back enough to steal a victory.......should be interesting

35% precinct in 54% 46% Lamb

Many young voters in today's election in a largely caucasian district.

At the United Steelworkers rally for Conor Lamb, there are three union steelworkers supporting the Democrat in his bid against Republican Rick Saccone for a house seat in the special election in Pennsylvania 18th District.

The trio are registered Democrats. Two voted for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election. One, Edward Yorke, did not.
"I voted for Trump" Yorke, 63, said.

"I feel the President is doing a fantastic job under the circumstances," Yorke added. "It's about time, we had to do something about the tariffs."

Trump won in this district in part because of his tough talk on trade. The 18th is the heart of steel country where nearly everyone knows someone who worked in the industry.

His recent move imposing a 25% tariff on steel imports and a 10% tariff on aluminum import is popular in the district: Saccone and Lamb have both expressed support for the tariffs and the United Steelworkers Union, which represents nearly 18,000 union members in the district is also on board.

But it doesn't appear from speaking with union leaders and members here that Trump's popular move will necessarily translate to increased support for his chosen candidate, Saccone.

Because Trump is the only Republican in the universe who will do anything positive for Americans.
