The idea that because most of the people so far indicted are black means it was a racist investigation against blacks is ludicrous, further the EXCUSE given for making the claim, that Dallas has had racial problems before and continues to have them IGNORES the fact that the FBI, not the local authorities, did the investigation.
The argument that because more blacks were charged then whites, not because of the facts but because of racism is ignorant. It is along the lines that because more blacks , percentage wise, break the law and are imprisoned then whites, percentage wise, we should just randomly let blacks go or not convict them simply because they ARE black.
Only one black leader in this story gets it. he notes that the reason more blacks were found to have broken the law is because THEY were the ones that had the access and control over the specific crimes alleged to have happened.
